Sunny with a chance of...SNOW?!
Believe it or not, Rome has been getting their handful of snow while we are here! The weekend that Kelsey and I were in Florence, it actually snowed in Rome for the first time in 26 years!!! When we arrived back in Rome from being gone, it was such a spectacle to see. The roads were wet and the sidewalks were lined with snow. The snow made Rome look magical, and I never thought I would ever get to see snow in the Eternal City! It is unbelievable that we happened to be here when Rome was being hit with snow since it apparently never happens. Even though it would be nice if the temperatures were a little higher than 30's and 40's, I don't quite mind since we are apart of a historical time in Rome!
